Lead Client Success Manager
A company is looking for a Lead Client Success Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive client adoption and utilization of products/services to achieve specific business results
Conduct Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and maintain client relationships
Manage client lifecycle and advocate for client needs across the organizationRequired QualificationsSignificant experience in account management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships
Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in client services or account management
Marketing program management experience preferred
