Key ResponsibilitiesManage revenue performance across assigned accounts, focusing on forecasting, renewals, and growth opportunities
Leverage client feedback and service metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and identify innovation opportunities
Lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers through performance management and mentoringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership with a focus on revenue retention and growth
Financial knowledge related to revenue performance and retention outcomes
Experience using client insights to improve customer experience
Knowledge of Employer Services including Verifications and Onboarding processes
