The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This role will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.Responsibilities :Manage order placement and create/release purchase orders based on inventory plans and customer demandDevelop and maintain production schedules and inventory plans; proactively identify shortages and implement recovery actionsCoordinate with vendors and China partners on negotiations, production updates, and issue resolutionCoordinate international shipments and manage container activities, verifying product details, backorders and delivery timelines to ensure accurate fulfillmentMaintain accurate data within SAGE and Netstock systemsGenerate and analyze reports to support decision-making in a timely mannerTrack compliance documentationLead and assist with sourcing projects including product research, quote collection, and vendor analysisContribute to SOP and process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutionsServe as a key contact for internal teams regarding supply chain inquiriesAll other duties as assignedQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing or inventory planning rolesExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Netstock, or similar) and strong Excel proficiency (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis)Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify and solve problemsAbility to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and able to manage priorities in high volumeExperience with PO management, order tracking, and supplier coordinationComfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisionsStrong analytical skills, being able to identify trends and apply insightsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to work across language barriersFlexible and adaptable; willing to support evolving business needs
