Outside Sales Representative

We are actively seeking multiple Outside Sales Representatives to sell our CBD products to multiple local retail businesses. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling our products to new customers while supporting our existing customer portfolios. Through direct business-to-business sales, the Outside Sales Rep consults with customers to understand their retail needs and provide solutions with superior customer service experience. This position is responsible for business growth and customer retention that meets the Company's financial, sales, and customer retention goals. What you will do: Generate new business with retailers or distributors and build a customer base to upsell and/or cross sell our CBD products.Manage existing customer relationships, maintaining their business retention and loyalty.Generate New leads through existing clientele or from other B2B transactionsMay negotiate contracts and pricing with input from the Chief of Operations. Maintain sales profiles in ZenDesk (CRM). Evaluate and prepare customer orders within Zendesk for each assigned account, maintain and update customer profiles and contact information, document all customer needs and special requests, record and document each sale and interaction with each customer. Serve as the liaison between customers and operations; provide excellent customer support as required. Develop and maintain impactful relationships within the existing customer base while translating customer challenges into value propositions for each customer.Responsible for the ongoing growth of opportunity pipeline within accounts and implementing sound call planning to drive results while positioning Hivemind Refinery as a trusted CBD brand. Accountable for delivering accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate changing customer needs.Maintain thorough knowledge of Hivemind's available products and resources to support the customer base best.Acts as a Hivemind Refinery brand ambassador and upholds business ethics and integrity.May assist accounts receivable with collection calls when necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.Place cold calls if necessary. Requirements: At least 2+ years of customer service experienceAt least 1+ years of sales experienceMust possess a valid U.S Drivers LicenseProficiency in English language, bilingual a plus but not requiredExcellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skillsConfidence in engaging customers or potential clients.Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and follow through.Customer-focused, self-starter who collaborates well and brings process improvement and a results-oriented mindset.Must be willing to perform sales presentationsMust be willing to perform onsite staff training at retail locationsAbility to communicate efficiently with Operations to ensure smooth deliveries in a timely manner. Must possess confidence with client and staff members We will provide as much training as needed to ensure each sales rep is fully confident in selling our CBD products. Training modules will be available upon hire, and plenty of one-on-one time with the Chief of Operations/HR to provide a smooth and successful onboarding process.
