Counter Sales Representative

Job Description Counter Sales Associate (Foodservice Equipment) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $21-$23 per hour We are seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to support and grow foodservice equipment sales. This role blends counter sales with inside sales support, providing pricing, product knowledge, technical assistance, order processing, and inventory support. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and sales teams to deliver excellent service and drive growth across key product lines. Key Responsibilities: * Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection, orders, quotes, and order tracking * Support sales of commercial ice machines, coffee equipment, beverage systems, water filtration, and related parts * Manage showroom merchandising, stocking, and inventory control * Upsell related products and apply suggestive selling techniques * Resolve customer issues, support house accounts, and collaborate with outside sales * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) * Sales, inventory, or equipment-related experience preferred * Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable using computers and standard office software * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning technical products, and contributing to a growing sales team.
