Operations Engineering Program Manager

Job Description: Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the CyrusOne Data Center Operations Runbook, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and consistency across sites. Drive standardization efforts across Operations Engineering by implementing and reinforcing consistent processes, documentation, and execution models. Partner cross-functionally with Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering teams to support the translation of technical requirements into scalable operational processes and programs, driving alignment and adoption. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies across existing processes and lead initiatives to address them—improving operational performance, reducing risk, and increasing effectiveness.
