Senior Operations Engineer - Onsite | Denver, CO - Space Exploration & Advanced EngineeringA fast-growing aerospace company developing next-generation lunar and robotic technologies is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support operational excellence across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.This role will focus on improving internal systems, processes, and operational workflows to help scale the development and deployment of advanced space technologies in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operational activities across the businessWork cross-functionally to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutionsParticipate in root cause analyses and corrective action initiativesPrepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership teamsDevelop and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, and process documentationTrack and report on company and project metrics to support decision-makingSupport strategic initiatives and business growth objectivesDrive operational consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teamsKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline3+ years’ experience within Operations, Engineering, Business Operations, or Process Improvement rolesExperience implementing operational processes and proceduresStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approachFamiliarity with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar quality standardsU.S. Person status requiredPlease apply now or get in touch with Chloe @ EVONA - c.jakeways@evona.comI look forward to hearing from you! ☺
