The Lead HRIS Analyst will focus on data administration, data quality assurance, system configuration and testing, technical support, and report development functions.Connecting You To Great BenefitsRemoteWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What You’ll Do As a Lead HRIS AnalystAct as an internal ERP Systems expert troubleshooting technical challenges across multiple modulesDetermine the most appropriate configuration options, best practices, and cost-effective solutions that best align with our business strategies and continuous improvement decisionsCreate, maintain, and schedule reports, dashboards, notifications and alerts outRegularly monitor and present metrics across the organizationWork with external consultants and internal subject matter experts to define system requirements to ensure business needs and best practices are metProvide high level customer service regarding inquiries and concerns to HR leads, business partners, and employees across the enterpriseLead in testing and approving system updates and new functionality as well as perform routine maintenanceDevelop user procedures, guidelines; documentation and train new and existing users on new processes and functionalitiesEnsure projects, user requests, and inquiries are responded to and/or resolved in an accurate and timely mannerMaintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technologyEnsure overall system compliance with laws and regulations, data security and privacy policiesWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this company8+ years HRIS / HCM administration experienceExperience reporting in a business intelligence toolSolution centered approach to overcoming technical and administrative challengesPrior success with prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines Critical thinking and root cause analysis competenceStrong communication and presentation skillsWorking knowledge of HR and Payroll best practicesKnowledge of HR applications, databases, and other reporting tools, including use of complex queriesWhy work with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
