For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com.Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic and hands-on advisor to leaders within our global Finance organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership teams across regions to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure organizational health.Reporting directly to the Director, HR, this role will play a critical part in shaping the Finance talent agenda, supporting organizational design and workforce planning, leading employee relations matters, and driving culture, engagement, and change initiatives in a complex, global environment.This position is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, is comfortable operating globally, and brings strong judgment, influence, and analytical capability.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior Finance leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development across a global footprint.Drive talent and leadership development, including performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification.Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and risk mitigation, in partnership with Legal and HR COEs.Support change initiatives related to Finance transformations, reorganizations, system implementations, and M&A activity.Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, rewards, engagement, and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and standards.Use HR data and insights (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance outcomes, succession readiness) to inform decision-making and advise leaders.Coach leaders on effective people leadership, policy application, and Carrier leadership behaviors.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner rolePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience supporting Finance, Corporate, or professional client groupsExperience supporting global or multi-region organizationsStrong analytical capability and comfort using data to influence leader decisionsStrong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectivenessDemonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organizationPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually.
