Your Role at Cannonball As a Full Service Lead, you're not just part of the team, you help lead it. You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also being front and center with guests. You'll jump in where needed, support your team, and make sure every shift feels organized, upbeat, and guest-focused. When things get busy, you're the calm, confident presence that keeps everything on track. What You'll Be Doing Leading and Supporting the Team Help guide and support team members across all front-of-house roles Jump in to coach, train, and lead by example during shifts Keep communication open between the team and management Keeping Operations Running Smoothly Support opening and closing routines to set the team up for success Keep an eye on the floor to make sure service flows smoothly Help manage breaks and step into different roles when needed Staying Organized and On Top of Tasks Delegate tasks and make sure everything gets done the right way Check side work and help keep the team accountable Handle comps, voids, and discounts following proper guidelines Creating Great Guest Experiences Be a go-to for guest questions, concerns, and special requests Step in to resolve issues quickly and professionally Lead by example when it comes to friendly, high-quality service Maintaining Safety and Standards Help keep the environment safe, clean, and welcoming Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines Uphold Belmont Park and Draft standards every step of the way Who You Are You have experience in a full-service restaurant and know how to handle a busy shift You're a natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed You stay cool under pressure and know how to problem-solve on the fly You're organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative You genuinely enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences Belmont Park LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
