Project Manager - Commercial + Multifamily

We specialize in ground up, large-scale renovations and build outs across ten distinct market sectors, including hospitality, education, entertainment, food and beverage, multi-family, industrial & warehouse, professional office, retail, historical, and worship.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of construction projects within the commercial, educational, and multi-family sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on commercial, educational, and multifamily developments.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.Implement and monitor safety and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly within multifamily, commercial and educational (K-12 or Higher-Ed) projects.Ability to manage multiple projects up to $50MM.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionFlexible Savings AccountEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Profit Sharing401kBonusesLife insurancePet insuranceShort- and long-term disabilityPaid time offPaid Holidays (8)...and more!
