Beyond day-to-day administration, the role requires staying closely aligned with the rapidly evolving AI landscape – bringing informed perspectives on emerging capabilities and helping influence the organization’s direction on tool adoption and usage.The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and operational discipline, along with a strong curiosity for advancements in AI platforms and their enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Administer and govern enterprise AI platforms including access control, license management, configuration, and policy alignment to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective operationsDrive data-informed optimization and value realization by monitoring usage, developing analytics and reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve adoption, productivity, and cost efficiencyEvaluate emerging AI capabilities and influence direction by staying current on market advancements, supporting pilots and benchmarking, and contributing to tool selection and investment decisionsEnable enterprise adoption and alignment by partnering with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring governance and compliance standards, and supporting training, documentation, and responsible usage practicesJoin us and be a part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Together, we’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field required. Exposure to AI/ML concepts or enterprise technology platforms preferred.Professional Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, technical analysis, platform administration, or analytics-focused roles, preferably within a regulated or enterprise environment.Technical Expertise:Experience managing SaaS platforms or enterprise tools, including user access, licensing, and configurationUnderstanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance considerations related to technology platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to develop reports, dashboards, and usage insights to drive decision-makingFamiliarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsExposure to AI tools, emerging technologies, or developer productivity platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new capabilitiesAbility to evaluate tools and features through structured analysis, benchmarking, and pilot supportCore Competencies:Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and business stakeholdersIntellectual curiosity and proactive mindset toward staying current with rapidly evolving AI advancementsClear communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant insightsThis opportunity is ideal for technically inclined professionals who are passionate about the evolving AI landscape and eager to play a meaningful role in shaping how enterprise AI tools are adopted and utilized.
