Our team values collaboration, excellence, and a client-centric approach, ensuring that we address the unique challenges of every organization.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Business Analyst to support post-acquisition integration and enterprise infrastructure initiatives across multiple subsidiaries in a regulated environment.This role requires a hands-on BA capable of working directly with infrastructure, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document current and future state environments, and support strategic integration initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions across infrastructure, security, operations, and compliance teams- Support post-acquisition integration efforts for newly acquired subsidiaries- Document current-state and future-state technical environments and operational processes- Assist with CMDB requirements gathering, asset/service mapping, and operational alignment- Support Zero Trust implementation initiatives and related security transformation efforts- Support migration of subsidiaries from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online- Coordinate infrastructure, identity, collaboration, and access management requirements- Partner with legal, compliance, and audit stakeholders within regulated environments- Create technical documentation, workflows, process maps, gap analyses, and implementation requirements- Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, vendors, and business stakeholdersRequired Experience:- Strong Business Analyst experience within enterprise infrastructure and IT operations environments- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or multi-entity integration efforts- Familiarity with regulated environments including FINRA, SEC, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online migrations- Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and Zscaler implementations- Experience supporting CMDB and/or ITSM initiatives- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills- Ability to work effectively with both executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teamsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience within financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms- Exposure to cybersecurity governance and compliance programsPosition Details:- 1099 contractor engagement- Potential contract-to-hire opportunity- Onsite role located in downtown Cincinnati- Immediate need supporting active integration and transformation initiatives
