You’ll oversee quality patient care, guide LPNs and support staff, educate families, and ensure every child receives safe, individualized, compassionate nursing care. Perform admission assessments and develop individualized care plans ✔️ Monitor, assess, and document patient progress ✔️ Implement physician orders and communicate care updates ✔️ Coordinate interdisciplinary care for medically complex children ✔️ Respond confidently to pediatric emergencies You’ll play a key role in ensuring children receive high-quality, coordinated care — while supporting families as they navigate complex medical needs. ?‍⚕️ Trachs and trach care Pediatric emergency response ?
