The facility maintains an autonomous CRNA practice environment with light supervision model designed to support quality patient care delivery across multiple surgical specialties while excluding cardiac and neurosurgical procedures. About the Facility LocationVisit Hot Springs State Park, National Historical Trails Center, or Grand Teton while on assignment in Northeastern Wyoming! About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CRNA will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases during structured Monday through Friday shifts from 7AM to 5PM. Primary responsibilities include conducting pre-operative assessments, managing intraoperative anesthesia delivery for bread and butter cases including general surgery, orthopedic procedures with heavy emphasis on blocks, and obstetric care requiring epidural placement competency for 650-700 annual deliveries. The clinician will work autonomously with light supervision in a 1:2-4 staffing model while managing catheter lab stent cases and limited ENT procedures.
