We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team in Sumter, South Carolina for a six-month locum tenens opportunity. This role offers the chance to provide essential anesthesia care in a dynamic acute care hospital setting. Position Details: Start Date: October 6, 2025 Contract Duration: 6 months Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Optional On Call: Available Daily Patient Load: 15-30 patients Patient Age Range: Pediatrics to Adults Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for a variety of general cases, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver high-quality care, particularly in pediatric cases. Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans as necessary. Required Qualifications: Current NBCRNA Board Certification South Carolina State License (preferred, but not required) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice with a clean malpractice history Experience with Epic EMR system is advantageous Facility Details: Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital Hospital Bed Size: 283 Special Procedures: No cardiac, neuro, or OB cases Additional Information: Flu vaccination required unless exempt for medical/religious reasons. Credentialing timeframe ranges from 60 to 90 days for those with a SC license, and up to 6 months without.
