Change Manager
Our client, the U.S.s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for aChange ManagerinRichardson, TX . This8+ month contractrole is ideal for a highly experienced change professional with a strong background in enterprise technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and organizational readiness. The ideal candidate will bring a thoughtful, strategic approach to change while also being hands-on in execution, helping drive adoption across complex business and digital transformation efforts.
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end change management activities across complex, global transformation initiatives
Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted business groups to drive alignment, engagement, and adoption
Prepare SMEs and end users for change by delivering key messaging, readiness activities, and change support
Design and execute creative engagement campaigns tailored to impacted audiences, with a focus on digital transformation and AI-related change
Translate project information, updates, and data into clear, compelling communications and visual materials
Develop and deliver communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and practical impact of change initiatives
Conduct readiness assessments and adoption assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness and track change progress
Support the development of training strategies, plans, and materials to reinforce new ways of working
Help refine internal change management methodologies and best practices, particularly around AI and digital transformation
Analyze engagement data, user feedback, and adoption trends to optimize change strategies
Define and support SLAs, KPIs, and success measures related to change adoption and transformation outcomes
Organize and manage extensive user-facing content and change materials across tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Must Have Qualifications:
810+ years of experienceinchange management , organizational transformation, or transformation communications
Proven expertise leading end-to-end change management for large-scale system implementations
Experience driving adoption of digital solutions through structured change interventions
Experience supporting organizational design changes and developing change plans for new operating models
Strong experience conducting readiness and adoption assessments
Demonstrated success designing and delivering engagement campaigns for digital, AI, or enterprise transformation initiatives
Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex content and stakeholder needs across multiple workstreams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting AI transformation, digital modernization, or enterprise technology rollouts
Experience building and managing user content repositories in:
SharePoint
Microsoft Teams
Ability to analyze change engagement data and continuously improve adoption efforts
Experience defining and measuring change success using KPIs and SLAs
Relevant change management certifications such as:
PROSCI
APMG
CMI
