AI Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise AI initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of AI-driven programs, aligning stakeholders, driving project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of AI solutions across multiple functions.The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience working with AI/ML-driven initiatives, and the ability to collaborate closely with leadership, business users, engineering teams, and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects across multiple teams.Coordinate between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and leadership.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.Track progress and provide regular executive-level status reporting.Drive cross-functional alignment for AI adoption and implementation initiatives.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution planning sessions.Ensure governance, documentation, and project execution standards are maintained.Identify blockers and proactively drive issue resolution.Required SkillsStrong Project Management experience in enterprise environments.Experience supporting AI/ML, GenAI, or data-driven technology initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and enterprise delivery models.Strong Jira, reporting, and execution tracking experience.Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.Preferred SkillsPMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.Experience working with enterprise AI transformation programs.Exposure to cloud platforms and AI delivery frameworks.Benefits401(k).Dental Insurance.Health insurance.Vision insurance.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity, equality, inclusion, and respect for people.The salary will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.Additional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.About UsOP is a technology consulting and solutions company, offering advisory and managed services, innovative platforms, and staffing solutions across a wide range of fields including AI, cyber security, enterprise architecture, and beyond.
