Private or hospital-employed? Hospital Employed How many providers? Primary and mid-levels 1 other physician currently. Will expand as patient base expands. Hospital is acquiring practice. How busy is the practice? (# procedures/patients per week) 100-126 patients per week for the entire practice Office hours/ weekends 4 ?? days per week (Outpatient only) Call schedule 1:8 with new provider. Clinic call ONLY and is scheduled M-F, 5 PM-12 midnight; Saturday-Sunday, 8 AM ??? 12 midnight. Take one week of call every eight (8) weeks. Hospitalists take call from midnight to 8 AM. Opportunity Details Board certification required Yes Salary $180,00-$206,000 depending on experience Loan forgiveness Negotiable Signing/Relocation Up to $15K Paid Time Off Vacation, holidays, sick time all bundled into PTO (29 days) CME Up to $4,500.00 for CME, dues & license. 10 days per year Health Insurance Yes: available in the first 30 days.
