Testing and Deployment Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Testing and Deployment Engineer with specialized knowledge in telecommunications technologies and services. This role involves the comprehensive testing and deployment of systems including Subscriber, Signaling, and Policy (SSP) solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed test plans for both functional and non-functional requirements. Understand and work with telecommunications technologies such as AAA, NPC (PCRF), Shared Data Layer, Registers (HSS, HLR, EIR, AUSF, UDM), and MGW (Multi-Media-Gateway) CSD/DDE. Implement, configure, and maintain various technologies using Core Java, Python, Unix/Linux, Keycloak, and more. Design and manage integration and acceptance testing processes. Develop and maintain secure network communications and data privacy using comprehensive security protocols and tools. Manage configurations and deployments on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery standards are met. Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and platforms using advanced diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices. Document and track all testing activities and results, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Core Java, Python, and Unix/Linux systems. Proficiency in SOAP, REST, Postman, and SQL. Experience with network security tools such as SSL/TLS, IDS/IPS, Wireshark, and firewalls. Familiarity with IPsec, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols. Telecommunications: Deep understanding of telco-specific technologies and frameworks, including IP Protocols, LAN, SDWAN, and cloud security. Strong background in subscriber management systems, signaling, and policy control frameworks. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data systems, interpret technical specifications, and execute detailed test cases. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams . Agile Methodology: Proficient with Agile tools like JIRA for managing tasks, tracking bugs, and refining backlogs. Preferred Skills: Certifications related to network security, cloud architecture, or Agile methodologies. Previous experience in deploying and managing large-scale telecom environments. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $21.73/hour - $33.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
