Job Title: RN ICU Job Location: Hagerstown, MD 21742 Shift: Night Shift 3x12 Hours (19:00 07:00) Duration: 13 Weeks Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments.Administer medications and therapies according to physician orders.Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.Float within scope to Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) as required.Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
