To fuel our growth in North America, we are looking for an experienced VP (Vice President of Sales) to join our team.What do we look for?Experience of minimum 10 years in IT Services sales in the North American marketExperience in managing and mentoring the sales team.Since Doyensys is an Oracle partner, It would be an added advantage if you are experienced in the following technologies: Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle APEX, and Testing as a Service.You will be reporting to the CEOLocation: Anywhere in the USTravel: Yes. The primary goal will be to ensure we position our services to prospects and existing customers to grow the business.To succeed in this role, you need toMeeting the decision-makers of enterprises, understanding their business challenges, and the ability to propose how Doyensys services can help solve them.Link Technology to business benefits and explain to prospects/customers in simple terms how it could help themAble to collaborate with delivery teams to position their solution with prospects/customers in an economically viable formBe a hustler to look for ways to engage and growAble to appreciate cultural sensitivities working with a diverse set of people in the US, India, MexicoJOB RESPONSIBILITIES As the Vice President of Sales, your responsibilities includes but is not limited to, the followingBuild a sales process that can be used to scale up as the organization growsWork with Doyensys leadership team on sales goals, budget, and strategy and transform them into the action plan for the sales teamTrack the sales and keep the leadership team updated with reports and meetings.Manage, mentor, and coach the sales team to drive the desirable metrics and targetIdentify, nurture, and grow the customer accounts.Work on leads and opportunities to close the dealContinue to stay engaged with the customer as a trusted advisorNOTE : This is a full-time opportunity.
