Production Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesOversee press operators, team leads, and support staff across multiple press zones (auto, transfer, manual, and large-format presses)Lead daily safety meetings, enforce PPE requirements, and proactively identify and correct unsafe behaviorsEnsure production targets, quality standards, and changeover requirements are consistently metPartner with union stewards and team leads to coach, develop, and support employees while adhering to union guidelinesCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve tooling issues, equipment downtime, and setup challengesMonitor key performance indicators (scrap, changeover times, uptime, safety, delivery) and drive continuous improvement effortsMaintain clear communication across shifts to ensure operational consistencyQualifications3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (press or metal processing preferred)Strong technical aptitude and comfort working around machinery and detailed production specificationsExperience in a union environment preferred; ability to lead through influence rather than hands-on production workProven servant leadership style—direct, transparent, and team-orientedStrong safety background with experience supporting or implementing safety initiativesFamiliarity with manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, JDE, AS400, Kronos) is a plusPay: $80,000 + bonusesShift: 1st shiftLocation: Ripon, WI
