Making sure staff is following corporate standards and guidelines. Maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable workplace environment. Having an understanding for sales and labor goals. Leading by example in responsible and acceptable ways. Communicating with management on supply levels and day recaps. Training employees to meet expectations. Working in a team setting to complete daily goals and tasks.
