Trained Medication Aide TMA On Call

Position does require a ND nursing certification as well.As an On-Call TMA /CNA at Fargo Elim, you will administer medications and collaborate closely with nurses and caregivers to ensure resident safety and well-being. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a commitment to providing quality care and supporting older adults with dignity and respect.Position Type: On-CallShifts Available: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AMLocation: 3540 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58104TMA/CNA Responsibilities:Prepare and administer medications.Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.Review and follow a written care plan.Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure on new computerized software.Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls and helping residents to the bathroom.Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.Perform other duties as requested.TMA/CNA Qualifications:Current ND Nursing Assistant certification required.Must hold current TMA certification in North Dakota.Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.Must be able to stand for length of 8-hour shift.Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.Cassia Benefits:* Competitive Pay with experience-based raises* Employee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family membersAbout Us:Fargo Elim Assisted Living, a 48-bed community, is a state-of-the-art health care center located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Fargo, North Dakota.
