This role blends technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of front-end developers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using React.js and modern web technologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using React.jsArchitect reusable components and front-end libraries for future useCollaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managersAbility to build UI components from concept designs and wireframesEnsure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for performanceConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practicesMentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of excellenceStay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworksRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in front-end development, with 5+ years in React.jsStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScriptDeep understanding of React.js workflows (Redux, Context API, etc.)Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programmingExperience using WebSocketsExperience developing with open layers map libraryExperience developing with ES6+ and SASSFamiliarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPMHands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testingExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with micro frontends and module federationKnowledge of performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools)Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibilityExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
