Influencer and Events Manager - Beauty

This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, culture, and events—owning everything from paid campaigns to high-impact activations.Key Responsibilities:Own paid influencer programs end-to-end (briefing, contracting, execution)Identify, recruit, and manage creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsExecute organic seeding and influencer campaigns tied to launches and key initiativesTrack and optimize campaign performance, budgets, and ROI using tools like CreatorIQLead planning and execution of events, brand activations, and influencer experiencesManage event logistics including vendors, budgets, timelines, and guest experiencePartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, PR, and Operations teamsOversee PR strategy and agency relationships to drive earned media and brand visibilityQualifications:3–5 years in influencer marketing, events, or brand marketingStrong project management and multi-channel campaign experienceExperience working with creators, agencies, and event vendorsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and culturally tapped-inBased in Los Angeles; open to hybrid work and frequent travel
