Our brand is built on creativity, top-tier customer service, and the joy of celebrating every moment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Events & Partnerships Manager to lead all aspects of event production and marketing strategies for lil sweet treat in LA. This role will oversee E2E event preparation and execution, coordinate Candy Connoisseur Club events, and steer social media engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Preparation & DesignDevelop and manage event themes, décor concepts, and non-candy goods.Collaborate with vendors/partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand materials.Event ExecutionCoordinate event logistics, including cart preparation, delivery, and staffing.Oversee on-site operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.Client CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for our sweet event clients from inquiry to completion.Provide professional guidance on event design, candy selections, and special requests.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.MUST HAVE 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management (retail or hospitality background preferred).SkillsStrong project management and organizational capabilities with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for unique, memorable customer experiences.
