Operations Analyst

Position SummaryThe Operations Analyst will support the President of Inspection & Mitigation (I&M) by driving day-to-day strategic and operational priorities across the business. This role combines analytical support, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to enhance performance, efficiency, and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational SupportSupport the President of I&M in executing strategic initiatives and operational prioritiesAssist in tracking business performance and identifying areas of opportunityConduct research and analysis to support planning, problem-solving, and key business initiativesData Analysis & Reporting Build, maintain, and update Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and basic financial/operational modelsAnalyze data to generate insights and support decision-makingDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Process Improvement Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma methodologies)Diagram and evaluate current workflows to identify inefficienciesRecommend and support implementation of more efficient ways of workingProject Coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and track deliverablesSupport execution of operational and strategic projectsOrganize, lead, and facilitate project meetings and working sessionsPerformance Measurement & Optimization Develop metrics for process measurement and continuous improvementCollect and analyze data to identify root causes of operational issuesMeasure performance against defined standards and align improvements to performance gapsPerform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate improvement initiativesContinuous Improvement & Best Practices Research and benchmark industry best practicesProvide recommendations on process re-engineering techniquesSupport training and communication related to process improvements and performance metricsOther work duties as assigned.RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritiesEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field2-5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or process improvementExperience supporting senior leadership preferredBenefits Competitive SalaryMedical, dental, and supplemental insurance401K PlanPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffWorking Conditions Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting and computer useFrequent travel required (approximately 30-50%) for client meetings, site visits, and industry eventsAbility to present to large and small groups in various settingsOccasional field visits to client sites, including industrial environments, requiring standard PPEPHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS & DEMANDS: Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting and computer useAbility to sit for prolong periods of time.Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.Company OverviewAcuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
