Business Analyst - LFO

Role DescriptionUtilize knowledge and experience to turn data into insights through metrics reporting, visualization mechanisms, business case development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to Manager of Field Operations Services, the Business Analyst will partner with the Operations, Corporate Services, and Engineering groups to increase system efficiency and effectiveness through analytics. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Forecast, Budget, and Variance for LFO Cost CentersUpdate forecast tools as neededUpdate budget toolsProvide monthly budget analysis report (presentations) for Sr leadershipTrack FTE Changes in LFOBuild and maintain LFO ScorecardFacilitate Org changes with cost and accountingTrack all capital tool and vehicle purchases and costLFO Work type / labor analysisIdentify/create efficiencies in LFOSuccess MetricsBudget4&8 Forecast deliverables are on timeMonthly budget reports provide clarity of spendProcesses are understood and meet the end users needsCapital tool spends are currentVehicles spends are accurateScorecardProvides a clear picture of the state of the OrganizationAccurate and viewed as the single source of truthEfficienciesIdentify meaningful efficiencies that improve:Safety, Reliability, Regulatory compliance and spend profiles
