Washington Valley AMAZING.We specialize in operating best-in-class properties in North Conway Village and at the base of Attitash.We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to work with our team at Attitash Mt. Village, the 2nd largest lodging facility in NH.You will love working here if you:Do the right thingLike to be helpfulAre friendly and funMake hard things look easyYou'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:Correctly use the Front Desk ProcessProvide the highest level of Customer Service and Satisfaction DailyCommunicate effectively with guests and other departments on general Front Desk topics and customer needsAchieve high Revinate Guest Survey Scores for check-in/check-out, staff friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledgeYou'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:Enter new reservations, check room availability, change, and cancel existing reservationsWelcome and promptly respond to guests' requests and concernsAnswer questions and provide area informationCoordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to handle guest requestsSet wake-up calls, distribute resort information to guests and ensure the Front Desk and common areas are tidy.We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:Guest review scores of 4.5 or higher for check in/check outGuest review scores of 4.5 or higher helpfulness and friendlinessNet Promotor Score (NPS) of 70 or higherIf you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you'll be recognized and rewarded.Our company runs on EOS purely (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
