What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain strong customer relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers. Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales goals. Use Salesforce to log customer visits, forecast, and track key metrics. Collaborate with Branch personnel to grow territory performance and support excellent customer service. Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You’re a Great Fit If You Have Proven success in sales as a B2B Account Manager managing a territory. Experience in the quartz or natural stone industry is nice but not required. Experience working with building materials and/or design products Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and attention to detail. A clean driving and criminal record. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Tools & Travel Systems: Microsoft 365 and Salesforce. Travel: 80–90% within the assigned territory, including customers, trade shows, and associations. Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for samples and trade show materials.
