Territory Sales Manager
Job Title: Territory Manager (Southeast Region – GA, FL, AL) Location: Remote (Travel Required Across Territory)Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to lead sales growth across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and driving revenue within a defined region. The ideal candidate combines strong sales execution with technical knowledge in HVAC systems and applications. This is a highly visible, field-based role offering autonomy, impact, and the ability to directly influence regional performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentOwn and grow sales across the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding revenue targetsDevelop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with broader company objectivesIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunitiesPartner with internal stakeholders to align pricing and sales strategiesAccount ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customersServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accountsConduct regular onsite visits, product presentations, and business reviewsDeliver training and support to customers as neededTechnical & Product SupportProvide product recommendations and application guidanceAssist customers with equipment selection, specifications, and system integrationCollaborate with engineering and customer support teams to resolve technical or delivery challengesStay current on product updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsChannel & Market DevelopmentPartner with manufacturer representatives to expand product awareness and drive salesSupport training initiatives for customers and channel partnersMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedbackRepresent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetingsReporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking, and sales forecastsPrepare regular reports on territory performance and opportunitiesManage travel and expenses in accordance with company guidelinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within commercial HVAC or related industriesStrong understanding of HVAC systems and applications is highly preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-based environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsWhat You’ll BringA proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong drive to win new businessAbility to balance technical conversations with strategic sales executionComfort working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersHigh level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
