Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 annuallyWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Operations to oversee the operational, financial, and leasing performance of a large-scale residential community. This role serves as the on-site executive leader, partnering with ownership and corporate teams to drive occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and compliance while leading high-performing on-site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily property operations across leasing, maintenance, resident services, and administration.Drive financial performance through budget management, NOI optimization, and expense control.Provide strategic oversight of leasing performance, pricing, renewals, and market positioning.Lead, mentor, and develop on-site leadership and leasing teams.Serve as escalation point for complex resident issues and risk-related matters.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and internal policies.Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership.Qualifications8+ years of property management or real estate operations experience.5+ years in a senior leadership or general manager–level role.Experience with large-scale residential or mixed-use communities preferred.Strong financial, leasing, and revenue management expertise.Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management systems.Bachelor's degree preferred; CPM/ARM a plus.Search managed by: Carly DilworthBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
