You'll ensure that all areas of the store are fully engaged, meeting key objectives, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. In collaboration with the leadership team, you will help develop business strategies to achieve goals and boost sales in a competitive market. Additionally, you will contribute to expanding the company's market share by selling to both group accounts and retail customers.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets in addition to your own personal sales goalsSupport managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the storeDeliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales resultsTake on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, which includes coaching and training team membersLead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance cultureExecute and maintain strong visual merchandising standardsPerform opening and closing duties as assignedEssential QualificationsHave 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experienceConsistently achieve personal and overall store sales goalsCan work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPT 15-29 hours weeklyPreferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)Ability to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valuedYou are enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team and inspired to lead by exampleSelf-motivated and confident in your ability to network and generate leadsStrong time management and organizational skillsPhysical DemandsConstantly standing and walkingConstantly reaching, pushing, pulling, graspingFrequently stooping, kneeling, crouchingFrequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 poundsOccasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools
