Apply via Dice today!Workday HRIS Functional ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Functional Expert to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a new Workday HRIS solution for our client This role will partner with HR and business teams to help drive successful deployment, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support.This is initially a contract opportunity with potential to convert to a full-time role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation and operational supportGather business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsConfigure Workday business processes, workflows, security, and organizational structuresSupport testing, deployment, data migration, and user training activitiesProvide functional expertise across modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and AbsenceAssist with issue resolution, process optimization, and ongoing system enhancementsRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday HRIS solutionsExperience with full lifecycle Workday implementationsStrong understanding of HR operations and HRIS best practicesExperience with configuration, testing, reporting, and integrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
