Strategic HR ManagementTalent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative roles, ensuring a pipeline of talent that aligns with Kirloskar’s innovative culture.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees; mediate disputes and oversee disciplinary procedures.Performance Management: Implement and oversee the annual appraisal process, linking individual KPIs to global corporate objectives.Culture & Development: Promote the Kirloskar "Limitless" values (Excellence, Integrity, Empathy) through engagement initiatives and professional development workshops.2. Regulatory & Statutory ComplianceLegal Adherence: Ensure company policies comply with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and Texas-specific labor laws.Reporting: Prepare and submit all mandatory filings on company, payroll, etc.Audit Readiness: Conduct regular internal audits of personnel files, payroll records, and I-9 forms to ensure 100% audit readiness.Policy Development: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook to reflect changing legislative landscapes.3. Compensation, Benefits & PayrollPayroll Oversight: Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing for exempt and non-exempt staff.Benefits Administration: Manage health insurance, 401(k) plans, and leave policies, acting as the primary liaison for benefit vendors.4. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)Workplace Safety: In collaboration with the operations team, ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe working environment.Workers' Compensation: Manage all workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
