The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and experience managing matters from early case assessment through resolution.Responsibilities include:Handling labor & employment litigation matters in state and federal courtDrafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive filingsTaking and defending depositionsManaging wage & hour, PAGA, FEHA, wrongful termination, and related claimsAssisting with trial preparation, mediations, and settlement strategyQualifications:Active California Bar admission3–8 years of labor & employment litigation experienceStrong writing, analytical, and case management skillsExperience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions requiredTrial, arbitration, or class/PAGA exposure is a plus
