A leading Los Angeles firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate/M&A attorney (2–8 years) to join its Corporate/M&A group. The role involves drafting and negotiating M&A and corporate transactional documents (including purchase agreements, ancillary deal documents, employment and governance agreements), coordinating closely with clients and opposing counsel, and managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
