This is a fully remote, hands-on role supporting high-growth hiring initiatives across multiple business functions.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you’ll support the Director of Recruiting in executing recruiting strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in scaling recruiting processes and supporting the company’s aggressive hiring goals.What You Will DoManage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Corporate functionsSource, screen, and engage top-tier candidatesBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managersSupport the development and optimization of hiring processesAssist with workforce planning and recruitment analyticsContribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talentTrack recruiting metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience supporting high-growth companies or scaling teams quicklyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to thrive in a fully remote environment while collaborating closely with leadershipPassion for helping candidates find the right opportunitiesBonus: ATS experience or background in recruiting across multiple functionsWhy This Role MattersWork directly with the Director of Recruiting in a growing, high-performing teamCompetitive base: $75,000 – $100,000 DOE + potential bonusFully remote flexibility with great benefitsBe part of a scaling organization with real impact on company growth and talent strategy
