Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Local Pay: $105/ hour Modality: RN - OR Manager Shifts: Day shift 3x12 Shift Days: Weekdays Hours per Week: 36 Contract Length: 13 Week(s) Start Date: 2-3 weeks from start date Details of Assignment: The OR Nurse Manager works with the Surgical Services leadership team and hospital nursing supervisor to coordinate departmental activities over a 24-hour period and reports to the Director of Surgical Services. They are responsible and accountable for coordinating and supervising the intraoperative nursing care provided to patients having operative or other invasive procedures. The role requires a working knowledge of the medical/legal and accreditation aspects of nursing and includes direct supervision of RNs, LPN, Scrub Technologists, Perioperative Aides, CNAs, and unit clerks. Charting System: Epic Client Interview Required: Yes Client Interview Details: Phone/Teams Interview w/Unit Manager Minimum Experience and Certification Required: BSN OR RN License BLS/ ACLS PALS TNCC CNOR Minimum 5 years OR or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience Experience in: Robotics, ortho, urology, general surgery, GYN, neuro, ERCP and vascular.
