Medical Center seeking BE/BC experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-respected busy practice - Employed Position with a Hospital Based Clinic - Outpatient Only - Accomplished cardiovascular surgery team and dedicated step down unit to serve recovering patients - Anesthesia coverage is provided by third party - OR is well equipped with 11 Suites, 4 Endo rooms, and 1 Cysto - 2 Heart Rooms - Fully competent Heart Team in the OR - OR Time is scheduled either block utilization or first come first serve on open times in the OR Comprehensive Package that may include all of the following: - Competitive Salary based on the MGMA guidelines - Incentive Bonus based on WRUVs - Commencement/Signing bonus - Medical Education Debt Assistance - Relocation Expenses - CME, Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions - Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision benefits
