This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team where your ideas will matter, your expertise will be valued, and your work will directly influence company performance.What You’ll Do Business Systems & ERP OptimizationSupport, enhance, and optimize core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic ERP and integrated platforms such as CRM solutions. Partner with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions. Lead or assist with upgrades, new modules, process improvements, and system enhancements. Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and streamline day-to-day operations. Data, Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, reports, and data models. Develop actionable KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Manage data flows, ETL processes, and integrations between systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across departments. Continuous Improvement & InnovationAnalyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities. Support root-cause analysis and operational improvement initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI / Machine Learning, for practical business use cases. What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, analytics, or a hybrid techno-functional role. Hands-on ERP experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations including: BOMs MOMs Routings WIP Tracking Production Scheduling Engineering Change Control Advanced SQL skills for reporting, transformation, and analysis. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally. Highly Desired / Nice to HaveEpicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred. Product Configurator experience. Automation Studio experience. Salesforce CRM integration experience.
