Warranty Programs Administrator

Pilatus is hiring a Warranty Programs Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities associated with the management of Pilatus warranty claims and CrystalCare claims from the Authorized Service Center network and Direct Customers in the Americas. Take your career to the next level with Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd!Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesActivates warranty coverage for new aircraft (Pilatus and all vendors)Processes Warranty claims in a timely manner following the policies and procedures of Pilatus AircraftWorks directly with Service Centers and customers to resolve discrepancies in warranty reporting to ensure completeness and accuracyReconciles outstanding claims with Rotables, Technical Support, Service Centers, and CustomersActs as a liaison with Service Center personnel and other Pilatus departments to administer warranty and other technical requestsCoordinates one-off repair work for afterspanet/Post Delivery warranty claimsAssists in training Service Center Warranty Administrators in claim processing and Pilatus Policies and ProceduresTracks rotable components removed under warranty to ensure core is returnedOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesWorks with other departments on special projects requiring warranty dataKeeps abreast of compliance requirements of all Service Bulletins and Airworthiness DirectivesAssists with review and reconciliation of CrystalCare contracts and invoicesAssists other Customer Relations work groups on tasks as neededDevelops, maintains, and enforces procedures related to warrantyIdentifies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measurement of various Warranty metricsRequirementsSkills/QualificationsBS/BA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aviationMinimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviationPrevious experience administering warranty programs preferredProfessional manner, excellent oral/written communication, and customer service skills essentialHigh level of attention to detail and organizationStrong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software; working knowledge of Quantum, Power BI, and Crystal Reports a plusWhat We Offer11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90 of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80 for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first yearThe salary range for this position is $57,463 - 77,895 per year depending on experience.
