Cnc Machine OperatorSurestaff is immediately hiring for an experienced CNC Machine Operator for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. A successful CNC Machine Operator should have strong experience operating CNC lathes and mills, performing tool setups and offsets, and machining precision metal and aluminum components in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong understanding of machining processes to ensure parts meet strict aerospace quality standards.Surestaff is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Available shifts include:Monday through Friday6am - 2:30pmOvertime may be available based on production needsResponsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision aerospace componentsPerform tool setups, changeovers, and adjust machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracyLoad raw materials (metals and aluminum) and verify proper machine setup before production runsMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operationRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMaintain accurate production and inspection documentationTroubleshoot machining issues and communicate with supervisors or maintenance as neededFollow all safety procedures and company policies in a manufacturing environmentRequired Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator:2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience preferred)Hands-on experience operating both CNC lathe and milling machinesStrong knowledge of tool setup, offsets, and full machine operationAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience machining metals, including aluminumStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality partsClean background requiredAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
