Client Account Manager
A company is looking for a Client Account Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with clients as the primary point of contact
Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities among client stakeholders while advocating for a seamless customer experience
Conduct account reviews and develop tailored solutions to meet client goals and optimize revenue and retention
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in client management or related fields
Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with internal business systems like Salesforce and ZenDesk
