Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the beverage industry!This role is responsible for managing all Sales and Marketing Initiatives, New Product Introduction, Training, Brand Development, Product Knowledge, Point of Sale, Tracking for the Divisions Spirits Portfolio throughout the On-Premise Universe in MN. This role acts as Johnson Brothers main internal On-Premise contact with a close relationship to the supplier. This On Premise Manager will work closely with Johnson Brothers Management and Divisions Management to develop goals and ensure the successful execution of objectives.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and track sales goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)Analyze P&L's with supplier and company and build plans to achieve yearly goalsExecute supplier scorecard initiatives and brand execution standardsPlan and launch new product innovations by coordinating needs from the supplierCoordinate with division sales teams and support all divisions at every levelMonitor inventory using Logility using forecasting tools while working with guidance from purchasing departmentsUtilize Go Spot Check for initiative trackingDevelop and manage pricing strategiesManage new product launches by setting up new products, pricing, support and deliver the presentation to all teams to activate in marketOversee POS allocation and promotional material distributionIn-person market support and selling across the stateKey Account Management:Lead key on-premise account relationships and initiativesBuild and develop relationships with key On Premise accounts in market to execute against Suppliers On Premise prioritiesSpecial Event Sell In & Support with assistance from Supplier On PremiseRegular work with schedule with Managers and Sales Representatives from division salesMenu and feature list development implementationSupport events, menu development, and training sessionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant experienceWholesale/distributor experience (On Premise preferred)2+ years in people and supplier management (preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAble to lift 50 lbsValid driver's license and reliable attendanceThe expected pay range for this role is $75,582.00 - $125,610.00. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
