Email Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
Terra Labor is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and generate sales. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, analytics, and customer segmentation.
Responsibilities
· Campaign Development: Create, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns that align with company goals and brand identity.
· Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
· Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize customer data to segment email lists and personalize content to enhance relevance and engagement.
· A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various email elements (e.g., subject lines, call-to-actions) to optimize performance and improve open and conversion rates.
· Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows, such as welcome sequences, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns.
· Analytics & Reporting: Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate detailed reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
· Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
· Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
· Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
· Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
