Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Boone, NC Employer: Curative Pay: $270,000 to $300,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Practice full-spectrum family medicine with the flexibility to choose a track that aligns with your clinical interests and lifestyle. Set in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, this community-based program blends academic engagement, outpatient continuity, and unmatched outdoor access. Whether you're drawn to teaching or direct patient care, this health system offers a structure designed for long-term satisfaction. Practice Overview Openings include Core Faculty or OB Faculty positions and two outpatient-only Faculty positions include inpatient and academic responsibilities with protected teaching time OB Faculty role available for those with procedural experience or fellowship training Outpatient sites equipped with ultrasound, x-ray, and Epic EMR Schedule Facul ty track: 70% clinical / 30% academic with 1 inpatient week every other month Outpatient roles: 4.5-day workweek with no call or inpatient duties OB and inpatient call limited to faculty rotation Strong institutional support for physician autonomy and teaching style Compensation & Benefits Out patient: $270,000-$300,000 base RVU bonus Faculty: $220,000-$230,000 base salary $50,000 sign-on bonus 6 weeks PTO (includes CME) and $4,000 CME stipend Eligible for state loan repayment programs Candidate Requirements Bo ard-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine Open to physicians interested in OB, core teaching, or outpatient continuity OB Faculty: fellowship-trained or experienced in maternity care with surgical skills Strong commitment to rural care and resident education Community & Location Highlights B lue Ridge mountain living with four-season outdoor access Excellent schools, college-town amenities, and strong community ties Minutes from hiking, skiing, kayaking, and mountain biking 2 hours to Charlotte and 1.5 hours to Winston-Salem Let's talk about how this opportunity can help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
