Infrastructure ArchitectRole OverviewThe Infrastructure Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure solutions. This role ensures systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices, while supporting delivery across multiple teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign infrastructure solutions based on business and technical requirementsApply best practices using open-source technologies, including Linux and DNS servicesImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioningDevelop and maintain automation using tools such as Git-based repositories and configuration management systemsProvide architectural guidance and recommendations for improvementsEnsure infrastructure is secure and compliant with established standardsDesign systems with scalability and future growth in mindMaintain clear and accurate technical documentationCollaborate with engineering, operations, and security teamsProvide technical leadership during implementation and deliveryRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)Experience in infrastructure architecture, ideally in a managed services environmentStrong knowledge of Linux and open-source technologiesExperience with DNS configuration and managementExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AnsibleFamiliarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of networking concepts, including SD-WAN technologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and within a team
